Annual Meeting 2008 - Champéry
Annual Meeting of Europe’s largest Network in Nanobiotechnology

Champéry, Switzerland, Dec 10th, 2007. About 120 researchers from the Nano2Life (N2L) network are expected to attend the annual meeting held in Champéry/Switzerland between 9–11 January 2008. The meeting will take place in "Le Palladium de Champéry”.

The meeting will offer excellent opportunities to learn about the various initiatives launched by the N2L consortium, to hear about challenging topics, to present scientific research, to network with the European N2L community, to initiate new projects and to learn about the latest news in nanobiotechnology.

Representatives from bionano start-up's and industries from Switzerland are expected to participate in these activities which are organised by the Fondation Suisse pour la Recherche en Microtechnique and the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne.

Founded in 2004, N2L, the first European Commission-supported network of excellence in nanobiotechnology (NBT), comprises 23 major European organisations and associated industrial companies from the field of nanobiotechnology. N2L is the most active European network in NBT and has become the visible face of NBT in Europe.
